Shipping policy


Overview

Nuada Naturals currently ONLY ships within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Each order is prepared with care in small batches, and processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Northern Ireland

Orders outside these regions are not currently accepted.

Processing Times

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may occasionally increase during launches, seasonal periods, or higher order volumes.

Shipping Providers

Nuada Naturals uses trusted delivery partners including:

  • An Post
  • GLS

Shipping methods may vary depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over €30. This threshold may change at any time.

Order Tracking

Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method selected.

Where tracking is included, tracking details will be sent after dispatch.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • postal or courier delays
  • weather disruptions
  • seasonal demand
  • operational interruptions outside our control

Nuada Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel is lost or missing, please contact info@nuadanaturals.ie.

Nuada Naturals will work with the delivery provider to investigate and will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue in line with applicable consumer rights.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • photographs of the parcel and contents
  • a description of the issue

Northern Ireland Orders

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland are currently sent without customs or duty charges to customers.

Packaging

Nuada Naturals aims to use thoughtful packaging choices where possible, including recyclable or reduced-waste materials when practical.
