About Us

A simpler way back to caring for the skin

I didn’t set out to start a business. I was working in the fast‑paced world of big tech here in Ireland when I reached a point of burnout. My skin reacted first. It became dry, unsettled, and easily irritated — and eventually the rest of me followed. I needed a gentler way to live, and a gentler way to care for my skin.

Our story

A quieter approach, shaped by experience

I began looking closely at the synthetic ingredients in the products I used every day. Products I trusted, and spent my salary on every month. What I found pushed me back toward the basics.

With my already long‑standing interest in aromatherapy and natural ingredients, I made my first bar of cold-process soap at my kitchen table. What began as a personal attempt to soothe reactive skin slowly became a craft I couldn’t step away from.

Today, my former home office in Cork has become a small studio, where I make every product by hand in small batches. The office is now a quiet, steady space of warm oils, slow pouring and careful curing — a welcome contrast to the world I left behind.

Mediterranean Heart & Irish Soul

I’m originally from the south of Italy, and that influence is always present — a connection to olive oil, sun-warmed botanicals, and the belief that the best things take time.

Living in Ireland has shaped this in a different way. The landscape here is quieter, more elemental, and deeply grounding.

Between the two — warmth and clarity — my craft has found its balance.
